About Us · SAM Telecom & Infrastructure

We don’t just deliver connections — we engineer the underlying infrastructure

Since 2013, SAM has been a leading field partner in Syria’s telecom and infrastructure sector, specializing in backbone network construction and cellular engineering. Operating across 8 Syrian governorates, we serve 21,000+ wireless subscribers and 18,000+ FTTH fiber users. We cover the full infrastructure lifecycle: technical trenching, fiber deployment, tower construction, 2G-to-5G cellular engineering, in-building coverage (DAS), and smart surveillance. Powered by a 270-strong team and a 100% owned heavy equipment fleet, we operate with total independence — delivering projects with the accountability of a network operator.
